“I dreamt we held each other in the dark. I liked how it felt. I like how it feels”
A new show all about the messy business of gender. I devised the piece with Outbox Theatre and performers from across the trans, non-binary and queer communities. The show examines the ways in which our gender is questioned, categorised, and policed (often violently so).
Weaving together autobiographical performance, movement, pop songs, stand-up and dress-up, And The Rest Of Me Floats is an anarchic celebration of the body that refuses to conform.
