Earthquakes in London

‘It’s Cabaret, we’ve got our heads down and we’re dancing and drinking as fast as we can. The enemy is on its way, but this time it doesn’t have guns and gas it has storms and earthquakes, fire and brimstone...’

Mike Bartlett’s epic play follows one family, their relationships to each other and the planet from 1965 to 2525. With themes of excess, generational responsibility, catastrophe, love and fears for the future - Earthquakes in London spans decades and centuries with music, movement, dreams, nightmares and face-paced, colliding scenes that speak to the urgency of the state of our world.
